What is NIC-U?
We want our employees to succeed as technology leaders and to constantly improve their skills and abilities. To help them, we invest significant money, time and energy into NIC-U, a company-wide program encompassing our extensive training and internship programs as well as our outreach to the technical community.
Internal Programs
NIC-U includes a nationally recognized training and employee development program for its employees as well as an internship program for college students and recent grads interested in software development.
